Yvonne Lee Joins Parabellum as Director of IP Investments

Parabellum is pleased to announce that Yvonne Lee has joined as Director of IP Investments and Corporate Counsel. Yvonne will be responsible for developing and implementing Parabellum’s intellectual property investment strategy. 

Before joining Parabellum, Yvonne was counsel at WilmerHale, focusing primarily on IP litigation and IP counseling.  She has represented Fortune 100 companies in proceedings at the ITC, district court, PTAB, and Federal Circuit, and has also worked with both established and emerging companies to develop patent portfolios. 

Yvonne received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Music from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.M. and a G.D. in Piano Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music.  Yvonne is a committee member of the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association and a member of the Boston Bar Association and ChIPs.
